Where history and taste combine
I started my whiskey journey when my beer league hockey friends came back from Scotland and had a “bottle share” event. From there, I just had to learn more. While I enjoy a nice pour, it is the fascinating, curious history and people of the spirits industry that fuels my ongoing journey. After joining Whiskey University in 2021, I learned so much more. Now certified as a Chartered Master Whiskey Taster through Whiskey University, my passion is to share the knowledge, enjoy some moderate pours of spirits, and help raise money for nonprofits in North Dakota, South Dakota, through unique tasting events.
